There’s still a whole month left before M and I go on vacation. But in the midst of “studying” (I need to up my game as I’ve been slacking off too much lately!), I’m daydreaming of our pending London adventure and remembering the trips we have taken in the past. So today I thought I’d post my favorite photos from our past London visits.

A Different Files of New
On Friday I went to the annual Prague Tattoo Convention, suffered a while (but Tereza from Tribo Tattoo was amazing and I highly recommend her) and now I have a lovely new tattoo. Continue reading A Different Files of New
Favorites: Henry Holland for Pretty Polly
It’s been a while since I’ve done a favorites post and after I went to see Bill Bailey’s show I had wanted to do a post dedicated to Henry Holland for Pretty Polly tights anyways, so it was just a matter of time before those two ideas met to make this post. The Henry Holland for Pretty Polly fake stir up tights. I probably don’t have to say that I LOVE these tights. They are pretty much the perfect pair of tights. They’re durable (they don’t tear), they’re interesting and unique. Now I would say that you definitely need to be careful when styling these. The wrong styling could take these lovely tights from being cool and stylish to looking cheap and whoreish. Here are some ways I’ve worn these tights (and other Henry Holland tights) in the past: Continue reading Favorites: Henry Holland for Pretty Polly
The Bill Bailey Show
Last Monday M and I went to see Bill Bailey and it was an absolutely great show. We’ve been fans of Black Books for years and have also seen lots of his available material online, so it was such a joy to actually see him live. Not to mention that in the midst of study hell, it was a very welcome break! I had another test to study for (that was written this Wednesday, I don’t know how it turned out yet but I think I did okay). Now I’m working on my thesis and that’s a whole other story. Guys, I have until Sunday and I’m pretty screwed but I’m trying my best (that’s also why I skipped yesterday’s post.) Then I have a bunch of other exams but back to Monday and the cute little outfit I wore…
Tomorrow is Today
So here I am on this absolutely beautiful sunny day writing this post that will appear tomorrow about what I wore over the weekend while it was perpetually raining and now it’s lovely out and I’m stuck indoors while I’m getting ready for my exam which is tomorrow. Why does it always have to rain during the weekend?
Favorites: Piglet
I added the photo below to one of my older posts because of the shoes I was wearing and that got me thinking if I have any other photos with Piglet (I love the photo above where we’re being particularly affectionate). It probably won’t surprise you that, yes, indeed I managed to find a different set of photos featuring me and one of my favorite fictional characters (it also won’t surprise you that I totally wanted to take Piglet home with me but M stopped me – life is so unfair.) *These are from June 2011 when we went to see X-men First Class. The Story about a Little Piggy
The following is a wee story I wrote back in January 2011, featuring my then piglet Dracul and some cute photos. I remember writing this as a much needed break from studying back then and I totally needed one now as well. Hope you enjoy. I’ll be back with a regular fashion themed post tomorrow.
A little piggy that just wouldn’t stay put
There once was a little piggy that hated staying put. He thought he would have all the time in the world to rest one day, when he wouldn’t be a little piggy anymore and when he would be an adult pig, too wise to be running around. So he thought he would have to get everything done while being a little piggy… Continue reading The Story about a Little Piggy
Biker
I’ve either gone crazy or this actually works. Yeah, I’m wearing a pair of high waist shorts in what’s either pink or coral and they’re basically biker shorts. And by that I don’t mean a cool motorcycle style pair of shorts (if that’s even a thing), nope. I mean like crazy bicycle attire. To balance the crazy that is these shorts I wore my trusted black button down shirt* and a new favorite: my white biker jacket – quilted perfection. Oh and these killer shoes:
How Bout Them Apples?
Yesterday was another State holiday (I really love the month of May) and M and I decided to go on a little walk to discover the area where we live. We’ve lived here nearly three quarters of a year and haven’t been exploring much. We have gone on walks but usually with Dracul and he doesn’t really like to go that far. He’s a lazy pig. Well yesterday I had already walked Dracul beforehand so we were able to go on a walk without him. I was pleased with the idea of going out because I really wanted to wear these shoes:

Vivienne Westwood for Melissa Three Strap Elevated Bow Heels
I told you about ordering these shoes from Nonnon and I was pleasantly surprised as they ended up arriving rather sooner than later. I was so excited with these beautiful shoes that I ended up styling two looks instead of just one:) Continue reading 2 for 1: Melissa three strap
