Continuing on with day three of our Japan holiday: we took the train to Kita-Kamakuraa, saw the Engakuji temple and Kenchoji temple. We took the enoden train and saw the Big Buddha Daibucu (he’s the second largest Buddha in Japan and is 12 meters tall), and we also saw the Hase-dera temple (with the lovelly statue of Kannon), then we took the Enoden train to the end station Enoshima. We went up to the Enoshima lighthouse, M had dinner at Enoshima and I waited (as there was nothing for me) and had dinner back in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

I mentioned going to the cinema while we were on holiday in Dubai and here’s one of the outfits that I wore. This was to see the movie How to be Single starring Dakota Johnson and Rebel Wilson and I must say, I really enjoyed the film. I could have done without Alison Brie’s character (Lucy, a girl who really wants to be in a relationship and is super annoying) but I was happy with how her story turned out (spoiler alert! She doesn’t end up with the bartender, thank goodness too because that would have been so cliché). I absolutely loved the other three main characters, especially Alice.

Well, it’s finally time to share the outfits that I wore on vacation. Sadly, I didn’t take that many photos as it wasn’t a sight-seeing holiday but more of a lazy around at the beach type of vacation. However, we did go to the cinema a few times (and you know I almost always take cinema outfit photos) and we did also do some shopping, so I do have a couple outfits lined up to show you.
The first of which was one that I wore out for lunch and some shopping. I’m wearing three favorites: my favorite red Toms (I absolutely love these shoes and am having difficulty wearing anything else as these are just perfection), my favorite denim jacket (from Mango, I love a dark denim jacket. I’m also thinking of buying one in black. Definitely on my shopping wish list!) and my new favorite bag (it’s from Pull & Bear and I bought it in Dubai).

While essentially this is an ootd post, there is slightly more to it than just an outfit I loved and that is because the keys aspects of this outfit were gifted items! Yay!

Hello everyone. I’m back! In Prague and on this blog… Tuesday afternoon M and I returned from our Berlin vacation, which was absolutely lovely btw. I’ll be sharing photos from our trip in the next post. I’ve been super busy since our return, what with all the work that had been left behind. Also I had to stop by uni and register for next semester. I won’t have any classes as I have all my exams finished well except for the finals, so it should be a good semester for me (more time!) but then again, I’ll have more work in the lab. Okay, now on to my outfit.

Sorry for being such a bad blogger but it seems that there never is enough time (yet strangely there IS time for reading large amounts of fan fiction regarding a particular pair that I ship, but each to their own). I have a stupid exam next week, one which I am in no way prepared for (typical) and so I should be spending all of my time studying. However, given that I have ignored this blog for way too long, I back with an Outfit August post.

This outfit is from the beginning of August, when it was still lovely sunny weather in Prague and extremely hot out. M and I and some friends went to the river side to hang out. It’s actually not the easiest thing to pick an outfit when it is so hot outside but I quite liked this one. I went with these cute jelly sandals. You all know I LOVE jelly shoes and these are one of the few pairs that I have that are NOT from the brand Melissa. These are Ted Baker and they are the Aster bow sandals.
