One of my favorite outfits from this year that I wore a week ago, last Monday night to a winery with friends. This whole outfit revolves around two keys aspects – the crazy printed tights and my new parka jacket. I chose the tights mainly because I really wanted to wear these cut-out shoes and I wanted to wear something that would really emphasize the shape of the shoe.

One of my favorite stores is Lush, mainly because it is cruelty free and against animal testing, but also because their products are so darn good! I stopped by Lush on Friday after work and bought myself another lip scrub (I already have ‘Bubblegum’ but I wanted to try ‘Popcorn’ as well).

Unlucky
So I have this gorgeous blue dress from Zara Woman and it seriously has the worst luck ever for being photographed. The last time I had worn it (a week ago Monday when we went to see the Expendables 3 movie) was no different.
Lucy
After ages of wanting to go see the movie, we finally went to see Lucy last weekend. The film was a bit ridiculous but we enjoyed it nonetheless. And there was footage of wild pigs at one point, so of course that gets my steal of approval. I especially loved the idea of being able to use the full capacity of one’s brain. That would make learning French much easier, I am sure. Anyways, this what I wore.
Addicted
You know when you find something that you absolutely love and you just can’t stand to part from it? Definitely the case with me and this bag – I love it to pieces. It’s an old Mango quilted circle bag with a lovely gold chain and I have been constantly wearing it lately. (I also wore it yesterday with a different outfit, which I’ll post soon.) I do not have any issues with wearing this bag over and over again, but the problem is that it is starting to show it’s age and I will need to buy a new one soon. This outfit, worn last Wednesday, features quite a few of my favorites: my newest leather jacket, an old black knitted dress, my black pashmina scarf and of course, the shoes.

Oh my! I can’t believe my last post was my one hundredth! Anyways, to celebrate I have another post for you today, featuring an outfit from this Friday. This outfit revolves around my Ramones tee. The Ramones will probably always be one of my favorite bands ever. It would be hard to pick just one favorite song from them so I’ll just share a few that I really love:
Two Weeks and Counting
So today is the first day of school for a lot of people, but not for me. Nope, uni starts in a month and the summer exam period ends I think on the 21st. I still have one last exam to pass, my french exam, which will take place in two weeks. So I still have 14 days to prepare myself. Phew. Anyways, the photo above is from a recent pig walk. It’s what I’ve been wearing a lot recently – cropped skinny jeans and a pair of trainers. I love the laid back feel of this type of outfit.
My Obsession
To start off I have a photo from a photoshoot I did a while ago (it was right before I got my Mr.Pig tattoo). The brand is called My Obsession and the clothes are very provocative and sexy. Then I have an outfit from the end of July, when we went to see a summer Shakespearean adaptation and it was a horrible rainy day but otherwise it was an interesting experience.
Wish List
I mentioned in one of my recent posts that I’ve bought some earrings and though I do love the ones I bought, I just had to share two pairs that I am head over heels in love with and also am seriously lusting after. They aren’t cheap so this will be just a platonic love affair, e.g. why this is only a wishlist and not a things I bought post. Okay, so the first pair is a lovely pair of mismatched earrings. I first saw them over on the Pixiwoo Madness vlog and fell in love with them straight away. One earring is a pretty tree and the second is a bird and a bird cage. I did track it down (the link supplied by Sam wasn’t working) here but $72.00 is a bit much for me to spend on a pair of earrings. The second pair…
Forgotten Outfits
These four outfits have something in common – they’re all from July and I hadn’t posted about them yet. It’s not that I think the outfits weren’t nice or anything, it’s just I’m not 100% happy with the photos. Funnily enough, looking at the photos together has brought to my attention that they also have something else in common too – they are all below-the-knee length.
