On Saturday M and I went to visit the Prague Zoo. I got to see some of my favorite animals and wear a cute outfit, so I was a happy girl. I went in comfy Melissa flats because a)there was a lot of walking involved and b)it was threatening to rain (and it did in fact rain while we were having lunch). The shoes in question are Melissa Doris Spike t-bar flats in red. I really like these shoes. I’m a sucker for red shoes in general but I also absolutely love studs on shoes, so of course I love these shoes. Plus they are also really comfy!

A Change in Plans
I planned on going to today’s exam (my last exam until finals) but I’ve decided to post-pone the exam. I’m tired, cranky, and have a vicious head cold. Although it would possibly help my french accent, I don’t think I could speak anyways. Yeah, it’s pretty bad. Head colds are the worst. Anyways, still I’m in PJ’s (cropped harem pants and a tank top, same difference) I thought I’d share something that I did last year the first week of September 🙂
OA6: Cinema Date
Another rare up-to-date photo! This outfit was from last night when M and I went to see Guardians of the Galaxy. The film was okay and I thought Rocket was just adorable, obviously, now I want a raccoon. But back to the outfit…
Hey Piggy
I’m not having the best of days today – I over slept and things just went downhill from there. I was at least hoping that my order from Asos would arrive (it was supposed to arrive by last Friday but hasn’t and I suspect that my post lady has just chucked it somewhere and it has made me feel super hostile towards the post office, especially since I called there on Friday and was basically told that without a tracking number I can go fuck myself. Great.)
Piggy Love
To be completely honest Mr. Pig is mostly a bit of an ass. He’s selfish and annoying. But he’s also my responsibility, so as much as I sometimes want to scream my head off at him, he also has a special place in my heart. He’s my pet and he has my heart.

A Different Files of New
On Friday I went to the annual Prague Tattoo Convention, suffered a while (but Tereza from Tribo Tattoo was amazing and I highly recommend her) and now I have a lovely new tattoo. Continue reading A Different Files of New
A Lilac Affair
I promised you some fashion so here it is. This is what I wore on Sunday to a family lunch. I tend to be a little over dressed for these events but M‘s family enjoys seeing all my crazy shoes so that works out quite well. Speaking of wonderful and unique shoes:
The Story about a Little Piggy
The following is a wee story I wrote back in January 2011, featuring my then piglet Dracul and some cute photos. I remember writing this as a much needed break from studying back then and I totally needed one now as well. Hope you enjoy. I’ll be back with a regular fashion themed post tomorrow.
A little piggy that just wouldn’t stay put
There once was a little piggy that hated staying put. He thought he would have all the time in the world to rest one day, when he wouldn’t be a little piggy anymore and when he would be an adult pig, too wise to be running around. So he thought he would have to get everything done while being a little piggy… Continue reading The Story about a Little Piggy
A Leopard Print Mouse
The weekend is at an end and I just gave myself the biggest shock ever. I was looking over questions to my pending exam and almost got a heart attack as I thought I still had a massive amount of questions to work through. Luckily, I have all of the questions that I need already printed out and organized and now I just have to learn everything by Friday morning. Phew. It would not have been easy working out all those additional questions, that’s for sure! But maybe giving myself the scare wasn’t all that negative as now I’m all happy and “hey, this isn’t so bad”. Enough about my exams and panic attacks, they’ll be more of those as my exams draw nearer, let’s now focus on something a bit more pleasant. Shoes.
A Herd of One
Today was a rare sunny day (the rest of the week is supposed to be rainy and cold) and besides studying, we went on a nice walk with Mr. Pig, then we went to a family lunch (without Mr. Pig) and later my sister stopped by the flat and she helped me with my French. I didn’t take outfit photos studying (ha, like anyone would want to see that), but since M went with us on our piggy walk, he was kind enough to play photographer yet again. It’s lucky that it’s Melissa Shoe Week because I almost always wear these shoes when I walk Dracul!
