A really simple casual outfit from last weekend, I thought I was just going to the post office to retrieve a package but I also ended up going to lunch. Anyways, my outfit was REALLY casual – jeans (Mango), t-shirt (Zara), comfy flats (Melissa).

The shoes are Melissa Trippy Heart Point Flat Shoes and what can I tell you about them? They are a pointed toe flat shoe featuring a lovely double heart design on the toe. I think they are really lovely (although I’ll admit that I had my heart set on the deep red version instead of the black, though now I’m actually happier that I have the black ones as they are super versatile).

I think they are quirky enough to hold my attention (that heart detailing is really beautiful) and yet not so over the top to be unwearable. I think they could definitely be dressed up or as you can see from my outfit dressed down with jeans and a tee.

Anyways, it was a lovely sunny day and so I wore my Zara slightly cat-eye sunglasses – they were the closest pair. I almost always forget to take sunglasses with me but I didn’t this time, which I was glad for. I was wearing no other accessories (except for my bag – Zara TRF) because like I said, I thought I was only going to the post office and I didn’t even expect to get any outfit photos but then I thought, why not? I mean, this is what I wear on most days anyways.
