NYC wish list

new-yorkSo I’m in New York city right now but since I’m writing this post in advance, I’m actually in Prague, in my bed room, packing my things and daydreaming about what I want to see while I’m there. I don’t know if we’ll get to see all these places, but here is my NYC wish list of places I want to visit:

1. Central Park

central-park1An oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle, Central Park tops my NYC wish list. I mean, look at that crazy photo below, so impressive (source). I can’t wait to  visit this magical place (and I hope this will be the first trip of many. I’ve actually been to NYC before, but as a wee child, and we just drove through it so I don’t think that really counts. I have a feeling we just stopped by one museum and then headed off to wherever we were going.) I am ecstatic about this opportunity to really visit NYC and to get to know it a little better.

New-York-City-Landscape-Wallpaper-PictureI hope we get to go to the top of the Empire State building or the Chrysler Building. The NYC skyline is just magnificent and I cannot wait to see it with my own eye. And to take photos, obviously. I’ll probably be documenting everything on instagram.

3. Museums

themetmuseumMy top picks would be the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art but I’m up for anything and I’m excited about the possibilities. I love going to Museums. We purchased a three day New York City Pass and I’m sure we’ll be using it to the fullest. I will admit, if we don’t go to see the Met and Moma, I would be (more than) a bit disappointed, so fingers crossed!

4. The Statue of Liberty

grand central terminalWriting up this post has made me even more excited and frantic than ever, so it’s definitely way past time for me to finish packing (ugh) and finish cleaning up the flat. I don’t have any other posts lined up so I’ll see you on Wednesday, when I’ll back in Prague (and back at uni, double ugh) and will be posting in the afternoon. Wish me luck with everything, happy weekend and see you soon, xo.
