I’m usually on the rock chick / rockabilly psychobilly sometimes grunge wave concerning style (and music) but occasionally I turn towards a more relaxed carefree love is all around hippie style.
This outfit was from the weekend before last when I went on a lovely Sunday afternoon movie date with my big sis (it’s funny calling her that because she’s tiny and looks younger than me!), we went to see The Other Woman, it’s a fun movie and I’m liking Miss Diaz more and more lately. I love that she’s not afraid to make fun of herself.
I thought my outfit was okay (it was a super hot day and the pants are very lightweight) and I liked how they photographed on some of the photos, but for some reason (= stupidity?) I managed to delete the ones I liked the most. That’s why it’s taken me so long to write this post. In the end I thought, hey, whatever. I want to show y’all this outfit π
The pants are Kate Moss for Topshop. They’re my crazy pants. The long sleeved Stradivarius tee is super old, sports a bit of “pig lace” on the back (Mr. Pig nibbled on it and made a few small holes), but it’s still one of my favorites. The sunglasses (one of the precious few times I haven’t forgotten to take a pair with me) are Zara. Sandals are Topshop (these pants require flat sandals) and the bag is Stradivarius. This definitely wasn’t a typical outfit for me but though it wasn’t particularly a favorite, I still quite like it and I like that I tried something new.
I’ll be back tomorrow with a piggy post π
This is a very different look for you, but I like it! the trousers are gorgeous.
Thanks:) Yeah it’s definitely not my typical style and it was outside my comfort zone but I’m glad I gave it a try.
